BOLDNESS: Confidence or Courage 9 of 55
Bringing the world of transformation (read transformation blog here) to the word ‘Boldness’, from these 55 “Medicine Wheel” cards lent to me by my lovely neighbour Cassandra, I know that the word means so much more to me these days, than in October 1993 when I started my personal development in October 1993.
CLASS CLOWN WISH
I recall finally understanding ,(over the 3 days and 1 evening course in Sydney) ,that being the class clown since the age of 13 years was my flaw as I never got taken seriously, which was my dream. I discovered that I had mastered clowning for years…in fact 17 years and had NO ACCESS to alternate ways of being; especially being taken seriously.

WHEN DID YOU STOP BEING BOLD?
Perhaps the key or access to boldness is firstly to recognise when you stopped being bold! All one has to do is observe say a 6 year old who will simply “speak the truth” when observing a stranger who is, say, ‘obese’!
With over 10 years of personal development, more often than not, the only thing I need to recognise about myself is to simply get out of the way of me!.
- I can’t…
- I won’t…
- I‘m unable…
- I wish…
And I have found that if my heart starts beating harder, then this indicates that I am ‘stepping on those skinny branches’ and boldness is required to move beyond my current comfort zone. Maybe the mantra I can create in my mind is to recall that famed saying “to boldly go where no man has gone before!” May boldness find you once more!
GLOBAL CEASEFIRE FOREVER
With the 15 September 2020 marking a 25 year commitment to World Peace since I launched the Ceasefire Project, and with some recent announcements made by the United Nations for Global Ceasefire for Wars (23 March 2020) and Global Ceasefire for Domestic Violence (5th April 2020), I have just uploaded A REPLY from one of many Global Citizens saying: FOREVER.
I assert that where boldness lies with you, is simply to observe where you are committed (read commitment blog here) which has resulting actions appropriate and in line with your stand. I fondly recall in my Introduction Leaders Program run by Landmark Worldwide, that we were trained to ‘be’ in the face of no agreement. What does it take to be a stand (read blog on stand) and what is the clearing to which you are addressing? Boldness is certainly one access that I have learned which impacts all the stands I honour in my life today.
